Shipping and Delivery Methods
All of our products can be delivered to your location, with a transport company or courier with the corresponding charge depending on the volume and weight upon consultation at the lowest price.
Shipping by courier, the charge is determined according to the weight of the products with a common nationwide charge, which you will see at the checkout, upon completion of the order.
It is possible to pick up from our physical store upon consultation.
NOTE:
In some cases the sale is triangular and a Bill of Lading (D.A.) may be issued during the transfer and the Invoicing may be done within the time frames defined by law.
All deliveries are made on working days (09.00 – 17.00) Monday to Friday. All products are transported at the customer’s risk.
Οur company reserves the right to modify the above in any case of shipment for any reason. All transport companies and not courier companies deliver on pavement. For deliveries to a floor or anywhere other than pavement, additional charges may apply.
Before you sign for receipt, check that your products are in perfect condition. Your signature confirms that whatever the condition of the products, you agree and receive them. Once you have signed, the shipping company is no longer responsible for the condition of the products they have just delivered to you.
Company’s release of liability in relation to delivery arrangements
Our company cannot guarantee the timely delivery of the products to the customer, when the delivery is made through the courier company or through the transport company. The deadline within which the courier company or the transport company is obliged to deliver the products is determined exclusively by the latter depending on the delivery address.
MedusaCrete.gr delivers the products to the transport company or makes the products available for collection by the courier company within 2-5 working days of the availability check (with the exception of where special agreements – arrangements for delivery apply).
